Shipping and delivery policy

Kheyal sells digital gift pages only. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

How your page is delivered

• As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, your page goes live. This usually takes a few seconds.
• The confirmation screen shows your page link, a QR code and buttons to share it on WhatsApp or copy it.
• We also email the link and receipt to the address you entered, usually within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
• Renewals and plan upgrades apply to the same link the moment payment is confirmed.

How long it lasts

Your page stays live for the validity of the plan you chose, shown before you pay and in your receipt, counted from the moment it goes live. We email you before it expires so you can renew.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but did not get your link within one hour, use Find my page with the email you used, or write to hello@kheyal.in with your Razorpay payment id. If we cannot deliver your page, you get a full refund under our refund policy.
